Shannon White

Shannon White is the owner/director of Mordy Personal Trainer. Shannon has been involved in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer for 18 years. During this period Shannon has also had a successful amateur and professional sporting career.

Shannon has also been fortunate enough to work and train with Olympic athletes, high performance coaches and the general fitness population. Such experiences has transformed Shannon into the complete trainer who understands the needs of the broader population from the elite athlete to a first time fitness individual.

Shannon prides himself on motivating, educating and guiding all of his clients towards their health and fitness goals.

Steve McLaughlin

Steve has an extensive knowledge of health and fitness through his life long involvement in sport. Steve has been fortunate enough to perform at a high level in representative football, rowing, swimming and athletics. Over the past few years he has combined all these attributes into becoming an avid and successful tri athlete.

Steven has had over 4 years experience as a personal trainer working successfully with a wide range of people. Steve is able to achieve such success because he keeps his sessions basic but very structured and goal focused

Kate Picket

Kate has been involved in personal training for over 12 years. Being a mother of two Kate has been able to use her life skills and experience to help many of her clients deal with the changes to their bodies and lifestyles.

Kate currently trains numerous female clients because she understands how to make their sessions comfortable and effective. Kate also has a strong passion for running and she competes in all of the major running events throughout Melbourne.
